Goldrush Gaming Group — Building the Future of South African Gaming

Operating across regions, Goldrush Gaming Group is defining new pathways for regulated gaming. Its operations span Bingo, LPMs, Online Gaming, digital tech, and venue management, the Group prioritises market-focused strategies under a unified ownership structure.

This JSE-listed vehicle provides the financial and governance layer, ensuring long-term planning and capital allocation for the underlying operations. Its role is managerial and supervisory, distinct from the public-facing brands.

Bingo halls — managed through regulated bingo locations — operate under provincial authorisation, using centralised, compliant technology to facilitate player participation. Designed as neighbourhood anchors, they operate with security protocols in place.

The LPM segment is split between Goldrush terminal rooms and casual venues under Crazy Slots. These are intentionally compact, risk-restricted gaming points aimed at walk-in visitors and location-based audiences.

Digital operations are routed through the online version of Goldrush, a regulated South African gaming portal where users engage with licensed games. Infrastructure and backend development is managed via BetNova — an internal tech layer that ensures stability functions across online and on-site environments.

The broader group structure, as outlined at Goldrush Gaming Group, includes details of each business unit, investor reference information, and regional expansion notes.

Live venues include Hillcrest, Vaal, Wonderpark, Goldrush Scottburgh, and Bushbuckridge. These form part of a growing physical footprint, each adapted to local regulation and visitor flow.
