The Goldrush brand — Shaping the Future of South African Gaming

With roots in multiple provinces, the Group continues to expand its gaming model with a focus on control and consistency. Its operations span Bingo, LPMs, Online Gaming, digital tech, and venue management, the Group executes market-focused strategies under a unified ownership structure.

The parent company provides oversight and structural continuity, ensuring long-term planning and capital allocation for the underlying operations. Its role is non-operational, distinct from the public-facing brands.

Bingo halls — managed through regulated bingo locations — operate under provincial authorisation, using centralised, compliant technology to facilitate player participation. These venues act as localised hubs, they operate with security protocols in place.

The LPM segment is split between low-stakes Goldrush gaming and Crazy Slots. These are small format, risk-restricted gaming points aimed at walk-in visitors and location-based audiences.

Digital operations are routed through Goldrush Online, a web-based extension of the core offering where users engage with licensed games. Infrastructure and backend development is managed via BetNova — an internal tech layer that ensures stability functions across online and on-site environments.

The broader group structure, as outlined at goldrushgroup.co.za, includes details of each business unit, investor reference information, and regional expansion notes.

Live venues include Goldrush Hillcrest, Goldrush Vaal, Wonderpark, Goldrush Scottburgh, and Goldrush Bushbuckridge. These form part of a growing physical footprint, each adapted to local regulation and visitor flow.
