The Goldrush brand — Navigating the Future of South African Gaming

Operating across regions, the Group continues to expand its gaming model with a focus on control and consistency. Its operations span Bingo, LPMs, Online Gaming, digital tech, and venue management, the Group prioritises market-focused strategies under a unified ownership structure.

Goldrush Holdings provides oversight and structural continuity, ensuring long-term planning and capital allocation for the underlying operations. Its role is non-operational, distinct from the public-facing brands.

Bingo halls — managed through Goldrush Bingo — operate under provincial authorisation, running Electronic Bingo Terminals to facilitate player participation. These venues act as localised hubs, they operate with security protocols in place.

The LPM segment is split between Goldrush LPM lounges and community-based Crazy Slots lounges. These are intentionally compact, low-risk environments aimed at walk-in visitors and location-based audiences.

Digital operations are routed through the online version of Goldrush, a regulated South African gaming portal where real-money players access approved slots and tables. Infrastructure and backend development is managed via BetNova — an internal tech layer that ensures stability functions across online and on-site environments.

The broader group structure, as outlined at the official group site, includes details of each business unit, investor reference information, and regional expansion notes.

Live venues include Goldrush Hillcrest, Goldrush Vaal, Goldrush Wonderpark, Goldrush Scottburgh, and Goldrush Bushbuckridge. These form part of a growing physical footprint, each adapted to local regulation and visitor flow.
