Oversight is provided by Goldrush Holdings (Goldrush Holdings), which ensures corporate governance, strategic alignment, and capital structure for the wider group. This is distinct from trading entities and allows for focused growth and regulatory separation.

Retail bingo is operated through Goldrush Bingo, where Electronic Bingo Terminals (EBTs) are used under provincial licences. These bingo centres serve a walk-in customer base through compliant software and secure infrastructure. The model combines fixed-premise operations with centrally monitored technology.

Goldrush’s Limited Payout Machine (LPM) division includes Goldrush low-stakes gaming and Crazy Slots Lounges, both of which operate within legally defined LPM frameworks. These sites offer low-risk gaming to casual players through approved terminals in licensed locations.

Digitally, Goldrush Online provides a regulated online casino interface to players across South Africa. The platform features licensed casino games and account-managed play, structured under the same compliance principles as land-based operations. Technology integration and platform support is handled internally through BetNova, the Group’s infrastructure partner.

At group level, the group website functions as a central reference point for all divisions, investment information, and management updates. This includes licensed venue holdings and asset structures across provinces.

Public-facing branches include Goldrush Cresta, Goldrush Chatsworth, Goldrush Phoenix, Ladysmith, and Kolonnade, among others. Each operates as part of the Goldrush network and reflects site-specific compliance and customer engagement protocols.
